Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction
• Conduct 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up appointments; delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients
• Complete medical record documentation in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner, including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and intermediary guidelines
• Design functional treatment programs to support patients' effective return to community activities
• Serve as an educator to patients, families, students, and coworkers; participate in student programs as assigned, providing supervision, learning objectives, and student evaluations
• Adhere to discipline-specific State Practice Act and all regulatory requirements; maintain professional licensure in good standing and fulfill all state-mandated continuing education requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing in the state of Colorado
• Ability to work across two outpatient clinic locations (Aurora and Highlands Ranch)
• Proficiency in clinical documentation, goal writing, and compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Commitment to patient safety and adherence to safe patient handling and workplace safety policies

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Experience supervising or mentoring PT students
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development through continuing education and professional organizations
