Property Administrator

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Scottsdale, AZ that is seeking a Property Administrator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with administrative, accounts payable, or customer service experience who is organized, responsive, and comfortable working with both internal teams and external contacts.Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support to the property management team
• Answer incoming calls and respond to tenant and vendor requests
• Monitor work order emails and assist with follow-up
• Process invoices and accounts payable
• Assist with service contracts and certificates of insurance
• Communicate with vendors and tenants in a professional manner
• Maintain organized files, contracts, and administrative documentation
• Assist with additional property management administrative needs as assigned

Skills

• 1-3 years of administrative, customer service, or related experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong follow-up skills and responsiveness
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Accounts payable or invoice processing experience is a plus
• Property management or commercial real estate experience is a plus
• Yardi experience is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
