Position Overview
Western Horizons Care Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a travel assignment in a Long Term Care facility. The LPN will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and work closely with the healthcare team to support residents' health, comfort, and well-being. This role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced LTC environment.

Position Overview

Contract Details
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week
- Pay Rate: $70 per hour
- Shift: Variable - Nights
- Shift Length: 12-Hour Shifts
- Housing: Prime Time Healthcare Provided
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Assist residents with daily activities and ensure comfort and safety
- Follow infection control policies and facility procedures
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License (North Dakota or Compact License preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of LTC / Skilled Nursing experience preferred
- Current BLS Certification
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts in a long-term care environment
