The Role: We are currently looking for a dependable and hardworking Food Production & Warehouse Associate to join our facility. This is a dynamic, hybrid role—you won't be stuck doing the exact same thing all day. Your shift will be a mix of active kitchen prep, boxing up finished products, and preparing orders for shipping. Time flies when you work here!

What You Will Do:

Kitchen Prep: Assist our culinary team with daily food preparation, ingredient handling, and staging.
Packaging & Boxing: Safely package, label, and box finished food products for distribution.
Warehouse & Shipping: Palletize boxes, move inventory, and help load/prepare daily shipments.
Sanitation: Jump in to help wash dishes, clean prep stations, and maintain strict food safety and facility cleanliness standards.
Teamwork: Follow directions from the kitchen and warehouse managers and jump in wherever the team needs an extra set of hands.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

Dependability: You have a strong work ethic, you show up on time for your shifts, and you are ready to work.
Physical Stamina: This is a highly physical role. You must be able to stand for long periods, stay on the move, and safely lift up to 75 lbs. on a daily basis.
Team Player: You have a great attitude, communicate well, and take pride in doing a job right.
Experience: Previous experience in a commercial kitchen, food manufacturing, or warehouse environment is a plus, but we are willing to train the right hardworking individual!
