Company-paid medical plan after 30 days + optional dental, vision, disability, and more 401(k) retirement plan with financial planning resources Professional development through our learning portal Rent discount : 20% off rent at your property or $100 off rent at another HGPM community Compensation : $22 to $24 per hour, based on experience Generous Leasing commissions paid per lease signed on an increasing basis What You’ll Be Doing Build strong relationships with prospective and current residents Conduct apartment tours and assist with applications, lease documentation, and move-ins Maintain accuracy and organization in leasing software (Yardi & Rent Café required) Support curb appeal and property presentation standards Use video tours and self-showing tools as needed Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, guests, and team members Contribute to a supportive, respectful workplace that aligns with our cultural values You Bring 1+ yearsof leasing experience in the multifamily industry (required) Bilingual in English and Spanish required Customer service skills with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail Experience with Google Workspace and property management software (Yardi & Rent Café preferred) A proactive mindset, ability to prioritize, and desire to grow in your career Reliable attendance and willingness to adapt in a fast‑paced environment Apply Today Submit your application at: Looking for a different role?
