Capacity Delivery owns technical execution across every build: the drawings, the field questions, and the engineering calls that keep multiple concurrent gigawatt sites moving. Engineer data centers that go up in months, not years. At that pace rework is not an option: problems get caught on paper or they cost a data hall. Design it once, build it a hundred times. Every site's lessons roll into the reference design on the way to 50GW+, so each build starts ahead of the last. Role Scope Build and run the QA program across capacity delivery: standards, audits, and metrics from factory to energization. Define quality gates per phase, fabrication, installation, commissioning handover, and make them enforceable, not aspirational. Run the nonconformance process: tracked, dispositioned, trended, and fed back to the source. Report quality health across the portfolio in numbers leadership acts on. What We're Looking For You’ve built or run QA programs for construction or manufacturing at scale. You’ve made quality gates stick against schedule pressure. You run nonconformance processes that close and trend, not accumulate. Your quality metrics changed behavior somewhere, and you can say where. Bonus: ISO 9001 systems.
