As a Talent Sourcing Partner II , you can expect to utilize your talent acquisition expertise to source professionals for multiple business channels while consistently generating passive candidate interest. How You’ll Make an Impact Finding creative ways to attract qualified candidates for a multitude of frontline roles while matching them based on knowledge, skills, and abilities. Being a part of an engaging culture where success is rewarded, and employee recognition is prioritized. Building and maintaining connections with candidates for current and future talent needs. Collaborating with peers and cultivating strategic business relationships. Reaping the rewards of a productive and innovative work environment. Staying up to date with industry trends and diving into market research. Showcasing their tech savviness while taking advantage of tools, process, and resource efficiencies. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Experience 3+ years of sourcing, full cycle recruiting, or talent acquisition experience with proven success in utilizing a range of recruitment tools and resources. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years multi-state recruitment to include geography-based sourcing strategies within a metric driven environment. 3+ years proven tech savviness of ATS, CRM, and Microsoft Office. Skills Bilingual is a plus, not required.
