Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health concerns to understand their unique circumstances, establish diagnostic criteria, and collaboratively develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs. \n
- Deliver effective individual, group, and family therapy through evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring each session aligns with the specific goals of the clients. \n
- Provide timely crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health crises or emergencies, utilizing protocols that prioritize client safety and emotional support. \n
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment outcomes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. \n
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care tailored to individuals’ needs. \n
- Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment modalities, and community resources available to strengthen their support system. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and seminars to keep abreast of best practices in mental health therapy. \n
The clients you will work with come from a diverse range of backgrounds and may face various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By delivering culturally competent care that recognizes and respects the diverse perspectives of our clients, you will significantly contribute to their recovery journey and overall well-being.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist such as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Washington. \n
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field. \n
- Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of diverse mental health conditions. \n
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trusting therapeutic relationships. \n
- Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively with a remote team. \n
- A strong commitment to maintaining ethical standards in all professional interactions. \n

- Experience working in a telehealth environment is highly desirable. \n
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telecommunication tools for therapy sessions. \n
- Previous exposure to crisis intervention techniques and evidence-based treatment modalities. \n
Your work will be rewarded with a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer:
