Duties Handle intellectual property litigation, focusing on patent and trade secret cases. Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive legal documents. Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies. Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings. Requirements Two to four years of experience in intellectual property law. Excellent academic credentials and strong writing skills. Membership in the State Bar of the office location. Education Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent preferred.
