Role Responsibilities

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
• Successful completion of a Family Medicine residency accredited program.

Certifications

• Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Active medical license in Texas or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are a plus.
