A growing, locally operated fast-casual restaurant group is looking for an energetic District Manager ready to make the move to totally fresh food. Looking for hands-on leaders who are not afraid of rolling up their sleeves and working shoulder to shoulder with their team to build a successful business. If you are quality-driven, aggressive, organized, and looking for a better quality of life, this is the job for you.
Restaurant District Manager Qualifications :
- 3 - 5 years Multi-Unit success
- High-energy, outgoing personality, fun to work for
- Proven track record of people development
- Strong P&L knowledge
- Coach mentality
Restaurant District Manager Requirements:
- Hire great people
- Use training tools to ensure your team is confident and knowledgeable
- Use the systems given to you to achieve operational and team success
- Grow your sales with an entrepreneurial spirit and a guest-focused attitude
