Automotive Finance Manager

Finance Manager | Rairdon’s Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Kirkland Job Location: DCJ of Kirkland (CJOK) - Kirkland, WA 98034 Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year, including 13%-17% commission on Back Payable Gross; bonus potential for exceeding customer satisfaction scores and for employees meeting or exceeding PVR and service contract sold penetration, subject to terms of pay plan. Responsibilities Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange financing of their purchases; present additional product offerings to enhance vehicle and ownership experience. Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability. Maintain proficiency and certifications as required for the position. Accurately desk deals, submit to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals. Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state, and federal guidelines. Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals. Accurately audit team deals post-sale and deeply analyze for improvements. Guarantee expeditious funding of all contracts. Qualifications Previous experience as F&I Manager or Sales Manager. Eagerness to improve. Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures. Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability. Well-versed in title laws and registration process. Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills. Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills.
