About the Program
Our organization is excited to introduce a groundbreaking float pool initiative, offering a fresh approach for radiologists to practice. This program is tailored to adapt to the changing demands of the market by providing flexible, gig-style shifts while ensuring high-quality coverage throughout Wisconsin and/or Indiana. This opportunity diverges from the conventional locum tenens roles.
With a focus on availability-first scheduling, radiologists can choose the shifts that best fit their preferences—be it during the day, in the evening, overnight, or on weekends. There are no long-term commitments or strict schedules, allowing for meaningful work that aligns with your lifestyle.
Available Shifts- Weekday day shifts
- Weekday evening shifts
- Weekday overnight shifts
- Weekend shifts
- Holiday shifts
- Board-certified radiologists with active state licenses (preferably in IN and/or WI; multi-state licenses are advantageous)
- Proficient in teleradiology and remote workflows
- Open to flexible, non-traditional work arrangements

Program Details- Location: Remote (US-based), serving patients in Indiana or Wisconsin
- Schedule: Flexible, shift-based (day, evening, overnight, weekends)
- Compensation: Hourly rate with RVU + holiday incentives
- Expedited credentialing with dedicated resources to assist throughout the process
- Choose your availability, with a minimum of 3 shifts per month
- Remote-only work—100% teleradiology, with shifts organized in 8-hour blocks
- Be part of a pioneering, scalable float pool model that is transforming radiology staffing
