What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist Assistant , you'll work alongside our experienced Physical Therapists to help patients regain movement, reduce pain, and return to doing what they love.

Every day you'll:

• Provide high-quality, individualized patient care

• Progress treatment plans under the direction of the Physical Therapist

• Educate patients on home exercise programs

• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their recovery

• Be part of a collaborative, patient-first team

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Holds a Kentucky PTA License (or is eligible)

• Has excellent communication skills

• Enjoys working with people

• Is dependable and organized

• Works well independently and as part of a team

• Takes initiative and follows through

• Brings a positive attitude every day

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift, and assist patients throughout the day

• Lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs.

• Demonstrate therapeutic exercises safely and effectively

• Work in a fast-paced clinical environment
