Boeing 737NG First Officer - Cargo (Type Rating Provided)

Your mission Support the Captain through all phases of flight to safely transport cargo on the Boeing 737NG. Operate in full compliance with FAA regulations, company SOPs, and safety management practices. Conduct preflight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, and thorough systems checks. Maintain situational awareness in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment to deliver on-time performance. Coordinate clearly with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to enable efficient turnarounds. Exercise sound judgment to proactively identify and resolve operational issues. What you’ll bring Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and flight operations. Excellent communication, CRM, and teamwork skills. Proven decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Calm, professional performance in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment. Ability to complete company training and maintain all required qualifications. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and irregular schedules. Preferred: Previous experience in cargo aviation or relevant flight operations.
