Heat Treat Operator - Aerospace Castings

PCT - Pacific Cast Technologies, a PCC Structurals company, is seeking a Heat Treat Operator to support aerospace and industrial investment castings. In this role, you will set up, operate, and monitor heat treat furnaces, following precise process specifications to achieve required material properties. Responsibilities include loading/unloading parts, verifying hardness and dimensions, documenting results, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. You’ll work in a safety-focused, collaborative environment with strong training, exposure to advanced casting technologies, and clear paths for advancement.
