Build Tennessee's Workforce with Premier Trade Services

Premier Trade Services is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our growing Tennessee team. This role is responsible for recruiting skilled trades professionals for commercial, industrial, manufacturing, and construction projects throughout the state of Tennessee.

What You'll Do

• Recruit qualified candidates for skilled trades and construction positions throughout Tennessee
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and community outreach
• Conduct phone interviews and candidate screenings
• Build and maintain a pipeline of skilled trades professionals
• Coordinate onboarding and hiring activities
• Partner with branch leadership to meet recruiting and staffing goals
• Maintain accurate candidate records within our recruiting system
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency
• Comfortable making outbound calls and building candidate relationships
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish

• Recruiting experience
• Staffing industry experience
• Sales or customer service experience
• Construction, industrial, manufacturing, or skilled trades knowledge
• ATS/CRM experience
