Job Overview The Dissemination Specialist - Team Lead leads a team of dissemination specialists supporting the Data Capabilities Division (DCD) in implementing intelligence dissemination capabilities across U.S. and multinational computer networks including JWICS, SIPRNET, CENTRIXS-KOREA, and BICES. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Lead and manage work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence dissemination and cross-domain operations. Prepare and process intelligence products between security domains. Verify appropriate clearances and accesses of users. Ensure timely, accurate generation and modification of intelligence product metadata. Perform cross-domain dissemination on approved networks. Requirements Minimum Requirements/Education Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree with 7 years' experience or High School Diploma with 9 years' experience accepted. 12+ years of experience in an intelligence discipline with at least a portion within the last 2 years. 4+ years demonstrated experience leading a team managing intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination. Demonstrated experience with complex security classification decisions including coalition/foreign partner support, foreign disclosure, and cross-domain operations. Advanced experience using Microsoft SharePoint 2013+.
