GFRC Manufacturing Material Specialist

Job Description Job Description OES Equipment and SurePods, part of the DPR Family of Companies, are seeking a Material Handler to assist our team in Austin, TX. We are seeking a highly organized and dependable team player to assist our team in reaching critical deadlines, providing excellent customer service, and producing quality work for our internal and external customers and suppliers. The GFRC Manufacturing Materials Specialist owns the full materials lifecycle for the SurePods GFRC division from PO drafting and vendor coordination through inbound verification, warehouse management, and production floor delivery. You will build and manage the off sight-based material tracking systems, serve as the subject matter expert on all GFRC materials and consumables, maintain SDS compliance and safety equipment records, and improvement as the division evolves its infrastructure. This is a role for someone who builds systems, not just follows them. Key Responsibilities: Procurement & PO Management Draft Purchase orders Track open PO's through to delivery - following up with vendors on lead times, substitutions, and delivery windows Build and maintain professional relationships with key vendors. Develop subject matter expertise across all GFRC materials: AR Glass, fiber, cement, aggregates, admixtures, mold release agents, laminating epoxies, urethane rubbers, and substrates. Receiving & Verification Inventory & Warehouse Management Logistics & Shipment Coordination ERP Systems & Process Improvement OES-SurePods Bridge & Collaboration Safety, SDS & Regulatory Compliance Equipment Familiarity & Parts Inventory Required Skills: Proficient in MS Office Excel/technology, Outlook, and Smartsheet (REQUIRED) Basic computer knowledge with Rental Man software experience (PREFER) Forklift Operator Certified (REQUIRED) Well organized with attention to detail Multitasker, self-driven, fast-paced, and organized.
