About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis to join their team. This executive will be a key strategic partner, leading a high-performing FP&A team and working closely with the CFO and executive leadership to drive financial performance, profitability, and long-term growth. The role involves leading all FP&A activities, maintaining ownership of the company's financial statements, and developing executive-level reporting packages. The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting strategic initiatives, mentoring the finance team, and continuously improving financial processes to support scalable growth. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline, with an MBA and/or CPA preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive finance leadership experience is required, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis, operational finance, and executive business partnering. Experience in the manufacturing industry is essential, and a background in medical device or regulated manufacturing is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and developing finance teams, advanced Excel and ERP systems experience, and exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Experience in a private equity-backed organization is strongly preferred.
