Our client, manufacturing industry is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator , you will be part of the production department supporting automotive manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Glasgow, KY
Pay Range: $19.89
Shift: Night Shift (6PM-6AM, 12-hour shifts with built-in overtime)
What's the Job?
- Operate production machinery in a safe and efficient manner
- Follow written work orders, blueprints, and process specifications
- Set up and adjust machines for production runs
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
- Identify and report quality issues or material defects
What's Needed?
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and safety guidelines
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
