As we expand, there will be opportunities for leadership development and career advancements.What You'll DoPrepare food products according to Kuppa Joy recipes and production standards.Assist with baking, assembling, portioning, packaging, labeling, and staging products for delivery.Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all products.Follow daily production schedules to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with food safety and sanitation standards.Assist with ingredient preparation and inventory organization.Communicate with teammates to ensure smooth production flow.Follow all food safety, health, and workplace safety procedures.Help receive and properly store deliveries.Support additional kitchen and production needs as assigned.What Will Help You SucceedPassion for food, baking, or learning commercial food production.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Strong attention to detail.Ability to follow recipes and standardized procedures accurately.Dependable with excellent attendance.Works well independently and as part of a team.Calm under pressure and able to maintain quality during busy production days.Organized and able to prioritize tasks.Takes pride in cleanliness and food safety.Flexible and willing to assist wherever needed.Physical RequirementsThis position requires the ability to:Stand and walk for extended periods.Frequently bend, twist, reach, and lift.Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.Work in both warm and refrigerated environments.Perform repetitive food preparation tasks.Safely operate commercial kitchen equipment.Schedule & AvailabilityPart-time 16-24 hoursAvailable between Monday and Saturday 5:00am to 1:30pm (Days and hours to be determined)Saturdays and holidays are required based on production needs.Reliable transportation is required.Pay & Benefits$20 per hour to start15% employee discountComplimentary shift drinkClosed on SundaysLeadership development opportunitiesPositive team culture401k matching (up to 4%)Kuppa Joy Coffee House is an equal opportunity employer.
