Emergency Medicine Physician

Coverage Needed:

• As soon as credentialed - ongoing
• Ability to work at associated FSEDs
• Shifts: Days/Nights/Weekends

Clinical Information:

• Annual Volume 60,000
• 282 - bed Acute Care Hospital
• 40 Emergency Department Beds
• Dedicated Pediatric ED
• Multiple Specialty Support
• Limited Transfers

Required:

• Flexibility in Schedule:
  • Provider MUST be willing to work day AND night shifts
  • Provider MUST be willing to work weekdays AND weekends
• DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in one of the following:
  • American Board of Emergency Medicine
  • American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine
  • Board Certified IM/FM with extensive EM experience
• Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered 'Local', and will not be eligible for this role
• Active FL License
