Contracts Data Coordinator

Our client, a media entertainment company, is looking for a Contracts Data Coordinator to join their team! This will be an onsite role working out of their office in Los Angeles. The successful candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in contract administration/rights management and experience with Airtable. Role Overview Contract Role: 6 months Pay: $40.57/hr on W2 Responsibilities Support rights management by organizing and aggregating inconsistent licensing data from deal memos and agreements spanning several years. Extract key information from various sources and compile it into a single, structured database (Airtable). This organized dataset will serve as the essential foundation for populating Rightsline, the organization’s new rights management system.
