DME Billing & Customer Service Specialist

Adaptive Mobility DME Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This position is responsible for a variety of administrative and customer service duties related to durable medical equipment (DME).

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Electronic billing and payment posting
  • Request insurance prior authorizations
  • Denial management and appeals
  • Collections and account follow-up
  • In-person customer service and patient interactions
  • Document control

Qualifications: Don't apply if you do not meet these requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of DME billing experience
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Experience with EMR system
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • MUST pass a Level II background check (
