We specialize exclusively in high-end home renovations, delivering exceptional craftsmanship and detail-driven work. This role is primarily focused on finish carpentry, with some framing as needed. We’re looking for individuals who are sharp, efficient, and capable of performing at a high level in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Widening load-bearing walls Full kitchen installations Door installation and trim work Crown molding (carpenters must be fully proficient) Building custom cabinetryDeck replacements Interior buildouts and renovations What we’re looking for: Proven, hands-on experience in residential carpentry (finish work strongly preferred) Ability to assist a lead carpenter and also execute work independently Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Professional attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic Quick-thinking, high-output individuals who take ownership of their work Important: This is a position for serious carpenters only. We are looking for individuals with real, field-tested experience and a deep understanding of the trade.
