A typical LTAC patient may require care for: ventilator weaning, complex wounds, infections requiring IV antibiotics, complications from extensive surgery, multi-system failures, TPN, neurological / traumatic injuries, and those not yet able to participate in acute rehabilitation due to medical complexity./ppThe Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the clinical supervision for all nursing operations during the assigned shift. The Clinical Supervisor will assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate the clinical and operational functions of the unit to ensure high quality and cost effective care, clinical competency, and real time performance expectations. You will be working closely with other department leaders such as Education, HR, Case Management.
