Job Description A well-established and nationally respected law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its growing Washington practice. This opportunity offers the ability to work on sophisticated commercial disputes alongside a collaborative team while helping shape the continued growth of an expanding litigation platform. The ideal candidate will bring strong litigation experience, sound business judgment, and an interest in mentoring and practice development. Responsibilities Managing complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution. Serving as lead counsel in high-exposure disputes. Developing case strategy and advising clients on risk and resolution. Handling motions, depositions, mediations, and court appearances. Collaborating with and mentoring attorneys within the practice. Contributing to client development and long-term growth initiatives. Qualifications 8+ years of commercial litigation experience. Experience handling sophisticated business disputes as lead counsel. Active Washington Bar license. Strong writing, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. Business development mindset with strong client relationship abilities.
