Qualifications for Receptionist
- Previous billing experience would be a plus
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- 2-3 years of office clerical experience
- Familiarity with office concepts, practices and procedures
- Customer service personality
- Experience answering multi-line phone systems preferred
- Valid Driver’s license
Responsibilities for Receptionist
- Data Entry of time and material to support billing
- Communicate with customer concerning schedules and billing
- Assist with preparation and mailing of invoices
- Open and distribute mail
- Answer phones
- Keep filing current
- Make post office trips
- Assist with preparation and mailing of invoices
