Tax Manager, Public Accounting (Hybrid After Training)

I'm working with a stable, privately owned public accounting firm with multiple offices in southwest Ohio. They're looking for an experienced Tax Manager with strong business tax expertise.

What they offer:

Salary of $100,000 to $165,000, depending on experience
More than generous PTO plus paid holidays
A hybrid schedule after the training period
A sustainable busy season and flexibility in the off season
A very stable, privately owned firm with multiple offices

What you bring:

CPA or EA preferred
Strong experience preparing and reviewing business returns, including S Corporations, C Corporations and pass-through entities
Public accounting tax experience serving clients across multiple industries
Experience reviewing work and mentoring staff
Strong client communication skills
