Baker Tilly is seeking a Manager to join our M&A Tax team in any location. You will be developing and implementing transaction advisory services to our clients to meet their complex financial needs. Open to location. Our clients include privately held and publicly traded companies, private equity funds, mezzanine funds, banks, and business development companies.
