If this sounds like you, we’d love your help writing the next chapter in our historic BBQ legacy.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine.Sort and stack clean dishes.Carry clean dishes to service line and other proper storage areas.Wash pots, pans and trays by handRemove trash and garbage to dumpsterSet up or break down dishwashing areaMaintain cleanliness and organization of dish-washing stationComplete other duties as assignedEducation and/or ExperienceFood Handler Certificate required prior to day 1.Ability to listen, read, write and speak fluently in English for all job related circumstances.Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.Practical problem solving skills.While performing the duties of this job, he/she is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. He/she is regularly required to reach with hands and arms.
