ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2007 and currently lead a team of six. We offer unlimited PTO, group health, dental, and vision insurance, an employer retirement plan with matching contributions, and fun company merch to show our team spirit.

I’ve been serving State Farm customers for over 35 years, including 18 years as an agency owner. Supporting our community is a core part of what we do. We sponsor Chaparral High School Girls’ Soccer and Heritage High School Girls’ Softball teams, and I serve on the business curriculum advisory board at Thomas Jefferson High School, where we’ve hosted interns for the past three years. Our agency also donates to and supports organizations like the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, Special Olympics, Kidney Foundation Walk, and We Do Not Waste Food Bank.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Sean Slater - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
