We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a supportive school district in Goose Creek, South Carolina . This is a rewarding opportunity to help students improve mobility, physical function, and independence so they can fully participate in their educational environment. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to determine physical therapy needs and functional goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
• Provide direct physical therapy services in accordance with IEPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines.

• Active South Carolina Physical Therapist license.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
