Caregiver/ Direct Support Professional

Now Hiring: Direct Support Professional (Part-Time) Location: Eau Claire, WI Are you compassionate, dependable, and looking for a meaningful part-time position? Position Responsibilities As a Direct Support Professional, you will: Provide supportive home care and assist with personal care needs. Offer companionship and encourage participation in community and recreational activities. Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and household organization. Provide transportation to appointments and community outings. Follow the individual's support plan while promoting independence, dignity, and personal choice. Complete required documentation accurately and timely. Schedule Part-Time Every other Sunday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Additional hours may be available. Fill-in and substitute shifts are also available for those seeking extra hours. Qualifications Applicants must: Be at least 18 years of age. Have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Be dependable, reliable, and able to work independently. Successfully pass a background check. Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is welcomed but not required . Paid training is provided. Pay Starting at $16.00 per hour Why Join Our Team?
