Truck Driver / Warehouse Associate Company: Lexon Supply Co. Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $17.00 – $24.00 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift Expected Hours: 40 per week Overtime: Time-and-a-half for approved overtime Route Type: Local Truck Type: Box Truck Driver Type: Company Driver Overview Lexon Supply Co. is seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This position involves split time between driving deliveries and working in the warehouse . Candidates must be comfortable performing physical labor throughout their entire shift and working in a fast-paced, inventory-driven environment. This role is critical to maintaining accurate inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and ensuring safe, on-time deliveries. New hires will complete a 3 0-day trial period , with pay reevaluated based on performance. Key Responsibilities Driving & Delivery Safely operate company box trucks for local deliveries Load and unload products using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual handling Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules Inspect vehicles and report any mechanical or safety issues Comply with all traffic laws and company safety policies Complete delivery logs, mileage reports, and related paperwork Warehouse Operations Perform order fulfillment and prepare customer orders for delivery Conduct inventory accuracy checks and cycle counts Stock, organize, and rotate warehouse inventory Use barcode scanners and ERP software to track inventory and movements Accurately record all warehouse and delivery activities in Lexon Supply Co.’s ERP system Assist with general warehouse organization and cleanliness Qualifications & Skills Minimum 1 year of truck driving experience (preferred) Valid Driver’s License (required) Prior experience working in a warehouse with barcode scanning and electronic inventory tracking systems Experience operating pallet jacks and forklifts (preferred) Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs. throughout the entire shift Comfortable performing physical labor for extended periods Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy Familiarity with GPS navigation and local routes Reliable, punctual, and safety-focusedStrong time management and organizational skills Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
