About the Role:

As a CNA/HHA at SYNERGY HomeCare of Fairfield, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to our clients in their own homes. Your duties will include:

• Providing assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administering medications and treatments as instructed
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to our healthcare team
• Assisting with mobility and transfers, such as walking, standing, and transferring between beds and wheelchairs
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for our clients

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience as a CNA/HHA
• Valid CNA/HHA certification
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
