Job Title: Sr. Industrial Engineer
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to lead Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives in a medical device manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping initiatives.
- Improve manufacturing quality, cost, delivery, efficiency, and process capability.
- Analyze KPIs and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead root cause analysis and structured problem-solving.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
- Lead improvement projects and ensure sustainable results.
- Coach teams on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with quality systems and medical device manufacturing requirements.
Requirements:
Strong experience in Industrial Engineering, Lean/Six Sigma, continuous improvement, data analysis, and medical device manufacturing .
