This opportunity is with a well-established commercial general contractor that has earned a reputation for delivering high-quality projects throughout the Southeast for decades. With millions of square feet successfully completed and a large percentage of work coming from repeat clients, the company is known for its strong culture, low turnover, collaborative leadership team, and award-winning project execution.
Job Description
- Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project goals.
- Oversee budgeting and cost control to ensure projects remain within financial parameters.
- Review and approve project plans, specifications, and contracts.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant
- 7+ years of Project Management experience
- Proven experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects valued between $20M and $40M
- Strong financial management and budgeting experience
- Experience leading project teams and coordinating with field operations
- Knowledge of Design-Build and CM at Risk delivery methods
