Shift : Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, must be available to work one holiday, if needed

Length : 13 weeks

Requirements:

• PT License
• 2 Years PT Experience
• Must be experienced in Pelvic Floor Rehab - do not submit without experience
• Completed post-graduate instruction is a requirement
• Degree in Physical Therapy
• Primary Source On-Line Verification
• BLS
• First Aid certification preferred
