St. Peter’s Health Partners is seeking full-time OB/GYN physicians to join the established and highly respected St. Peter’s OB/GYN team in Albany, New York. This is an excellent opportunity to practice comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology within a collaborative, physician, friendly environment supported by strong system resources and consistent patient demand.

Position Details:

\n

\n
• Full-time, hospital-employed OB/GYN physician with a strong referral base
\n
• Balanced call schedule with shared rotation, averaging approximately 1:8
\n
• Outpatient office location: 400 Patroon Creek Blvd Ste 102, Albany, NY with deliveries and gynecologic surgeries performed exclusively at St. Peter’s Hospital
\n

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
\n
• Interest in practicing a balanced mix of obstetrics and gynecology, including surgical care
\n
• New and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
\n
• J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship is not available for this opportunity

Recruitment Package:

\n

Compensation package for providers with less than 5 years of experience:

\n

\n
• Starting compensation of $350,000 - $380,000 depending upon experience, with ability to earn additional money in productivity
\n
• Starting Bonus: $50,000
\n
• Retention Bonus: $25,000 at the beginning of year 2
\n
• Retention Bonus: $25,000 at the beginning of year 3
\n
• Resident compensation available – up to 50 k per year for early sign on
\n
• Relocation reimbursement: Up to $20,000
\n

Compensation package for providers with more than 5 years of experience:

\n
• Starting compensation of $400,000 with ability to earn additional money in productivity
\n
• Starting Bonus: $25,000
\n
• Retention Bonus: $25,000 at the beginning of year 2

• The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
