Maintenance Supervisor

DescriptionWe are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Alamo, TN location. Join us and be part of a company that values innovation, safety, and continuous improvement.How You'll Make an ImpactPlan and schedule maintenance activities, coordinating with operations, quality, safety, and engineering teams.Engage and support a technical workforce, solving problems rapidly and implementing sustainable solutions.Communicate effectively across all organizational levels about safety, quality, productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Lead the training and development of your team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed for success.Drive continuous improvement in maintenance parameters such as asset utilization and work order completion.Participate in budgeting processes, labor planning, and managing inventory of critical parts and tools.Enforce and maintain the company safety program, conducting regular audits and ensuring compliance.Maintain a safe and clean work environment, educating personnel on proper use and maintenance of equipment.Your BackgroundBachelor's degree plus 3 years of maintenance supervisor experience, ORAssociate’s degree plus 4 years of maintenance supervisor experience, ORHigh School Diploma or GED plus 6 years of maintenance supervisor experiencePrevious supervisory or leadership experienceExperience with high-performance work groups and continuous improvement systemsMore About UsAt Hitachi Energy, we are committed to fostering a culture of innovation and growth.
