What You'll Do  

As a BCBA with My Team ABA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical services while collaborating closely with clients, families, and your clinical team. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Provide evidence-based ABA services to children and young adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. 

• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments. 

• Identify individualized treatment goals based on assessment results and family priorities. 

• Develop, implement, and modify individualized behavior intervention and skill-acquisition plans. 

• Collect and analyze clinical data to monitor client progress. 

• Supervise and provide ongoing support to RBTs. 

• Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families throughout treatment. 

• Communicate effectively with caregivers, RBTs, and other members of the treatment team. 

• Maintain accurate, timely, and ethical clinical documentation. 

• Monitor treatment effectiveness and make appropriate clinical modifications. 

• Follow BACB ethical standards and all applicable state and regulatory requirements. 

What You'll Need  

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field. 

• Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). 

• Active LBA licensure in the state of Maryland. 

• At least 1 year of ABA experience working with children ages 0–21. For newly certified BCBAs, experience may include time working as an RBT. 

• Experience conducting assessments, developing treatment goals, designing intervention plans, implementing strategies, and monitoring client progress is preferred. 

• Experience supervising RBTs and providing caregiver training is preferred. 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. 

• Dependable, consistent, reliable, trustworthy, and professional. 

• Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a collaborative team. 

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. 

Work Environment & Physical Requirements  

This position requires the ability to actively engage with clients across a variety of environments. 

Candidates must be able to: 

• Lift up to 50 pounds. 

• Bend, kneel, squat, sit on the floor or in a chair, and stand for extended periods while working with clients. 

• Perform activities requiring fine and gross motor skills. 

• Respond quickly over short distances (up to approximately 100 feet) when necessary to respond to client movements or behaviors. 

• Work comfortably and safely in both indoor and outdoor settings.
