Insurance Sales Professional - Allstate Agency (Charleston, SC | Uncapped Income + Real-Time Leads) If you want uncapped income, real leads, and a true sales career—keep reading.
We are a high-performance Allstate agency based in the Charleston area looking for driven, competitive individuals who want to win.
This is not a typical sales job.
We provide real-time, high-intent leads, elite training, and a system designed to help you close business. Close inbound insurance opportunities (no cold calling grind)
Build and manage relationships with agency customers
Cross-sell auto, home, renters, and life policies
Deliver a strong, professional customer experience
Sales experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person)
Bonus incentives on top of commission
Paid training (we invest in you from Day 1)
Continuous coaching + development (Allstate University + in-house training)
You are selling on behalf of the agency and representing the Allstate brand
Backed by a nationally recognized brand (Allstate)
