OB/GYN Physician

Role Overview: Seeking a full-time OB/GYN physician to join an established, collaborative department providing high-quality, patient-centered obstetric and gynecologic care. Responsibilities Managing approximately 1,100 deliveries annually within a robust clinical setting. Providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic services supported by a dedicated team and advanced technology, including Epic EMR. Participating in a LDRP maternity care model with a focus on continuous improvement. Sharing call duties, typically three 12-hour shifts per month, with flexibility for additional shifts. Balancing clinical, administrative, and OR responsibilities with a supportive work environment. Qualifications Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology. MD or DO degree with licensure eligibility in Massachusetts. Fellowship training in subspecialties is a plus. Key Benefits Competitive salary within a range of $300,000 - 350,000.
