The Berkeley, California location is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager with a leadership background in healthcare operations. The Nurse Manager will oversee clinical and operational functions within the department, ensuring delivery of high-quality patient care in compliance with all applicable laws, standards, and regulations. Candidates are required to bring their California RN license on the first day of employment.

• Required Qualifications: Valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license, Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) certification, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification, Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC), National Institutes of Health Stroke Scales (NIHSS) certification, experience level of 8 years in relevant healthcare roles
• Additional Information: Candidates should have Epic charting system experience, strong leadership skills including team building and mentoring, a thorough understanding of healthcare operational requirements, and the ability to manage budgets and strategic planning. Experience with multi-disciplinary collaboration, handling confidential issues, and working in a fast-paced environment is essential. Candidates must provide verification of a seven-year work history, current certifications, and a valid state license. Evidence of COVID-19 and flu vaccinations is required.
