Information Technology Project Coordinator

CLARK Material Handling Company, a global leader in the material handling /forklift industry is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and business systems projects across operations and supply chain. This role supports the IT Manager and project teams by coordinating schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders. This is an ONSITE role, in our Dallas, TX (Flower Mound, TX) Headquarter Office. Essential Functions & Primary Responsibilities: Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and deliverables Facilitate meetings and provide status updates Maintain project documentation, reports, and risk logs Track budgets, resources, and timelines Support ERP, supply chain, and digital transformation projects Act as liaison between IT, business teams, and vendors Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field etc Scrum Master, Agile, CAPM or PMP (preferred) Minimum of 1-5 years of project coordination or IT experience Must have experience with project tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira) preferred Experience and efficiencies with Microsoft 365, Copilot, project Planner Excellent attention to detail with high level of confidentiality, and strong analytical skills Strong organizational and communication skills. Must be authorized to work in the US indefinitely without sponsorship now or in future.
