Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified MRI Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of MRI scans including brain, body, and spine examinations.
• Ensure images are high-quality and facilitate timely diagnosis and treatment.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain MRI equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Adhere to safety protocols, especially for FIT testing requirements.
• Prepare and assist patients throughout the MRI process ensuring their comfort.

Qualifications

• Must be ARRT certified in MR; ARMRIT is not accepted.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar MRI Tech role.
• Experience in trauma level I facilities preferred.
• Experience with various MRI techniques including T-1 and T-2 weighted images.
• Ability to work both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Compliance with OSHA Respirator Clearances and FIT testing requirements.
