Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Client Benefits Specialist to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This Direct Hire opportunity is located in Camden, NJ and offers an Onsite work arrangement. The individual in this position will serve as a trusted resource for benefits related matters, partnering with internal stakeholders and external providers to resolve issues, improve service experiences, and ensure accurate benefit administration. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a client focused environment.
Compensation:
$55,000 - $70,000/year
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Client Benefits Specialist:

• Provide guidance and support to individuals seeking assistance with medical, pharmacy, eligibility, and other employee benefit related matters.
• Coordinate with insurance providers and third party partners to research issues, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely follow up on benefit concerns.
• Analyze claim documentation and benefit records to identify inconsistencies and communicate findings clearly to appropriate parties.
• Maintain accurate benefit information while supporting enrollment activities, eligibility updates, and dependent coverage inquiries.
• Deliver professional service in a fast paced environment by managing competing priorities and facilitating effective resolution of complex benefit issues.

Qualifications and Skills for the Client Benefits Specialist:

• 5+ years of experience supporting employee benefits administration, customer service operations, or a related benefits focused function.
• Background working for a benefits administrator, insurance carrier, or similar organization with exposure to a wide range of benefit programs.
• Demonstrated ability to review claim information, interpret benefit documentation, and investigate coverage related questions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to interact professionally with clients, partners, and stakeholders in challenging situations.
• Knowledge of eligibility requirements, dependent coverage guidelines, and benefit enrollment processes; experience with enrollment support is preferred.
