Crawford Care Center is hiring Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Saegertown, PA!

Earn a $20,000 Sign-On Bonus on eligible evening and overnight shifts!

We're looking for compassionate and dedicated LPNs to join our skilled nursing team. New graduate LPNs are encouraged to apply.

Available Shifts

$20,000 Sign-On Bonus Available for Full-Time LPNs on Select Shifts:

• 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Bonus Details:

• $20,000 sign-on bonus

• Paid bi-weekly over 2 years

• Available to new Full-Time hires only

• Previous employees and agency staff are not eligible

• Limited positions available

About the Position

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Crawford Care Center, you'll provide quality nursing care to our residents while working as part of a collaborative skilled nursing team.

You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while using your clinical skills to support their health, safety and quality of life.

LPN Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with facility policies and established standards of practice.

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.

• Monitor and assess resident conditions and report changes appropriately.

• Respond to changes in condition and emergencies.

• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants.

• Communicate effectively with physicians, supervisors, residents and families.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

• Participate in facility education and in-service programs.

• Collaborate with the nursing and interdisciplinary teams to provide quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.

• Effective communication and leadership abilities.

• Ability to work effectively in a skilled nursing environment.

• Compassionate and professional approach to resident care.

• New graduate LPNs are encouraged to apply.
